    Top-to-Toe Full Body Massage

    The full body Swedish massage is a very relaxing treatment that covers the feet, legs, back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, scalp and face.

    The main goal of Swedish massage is to calm the body and mind, and lightly release muscle tension. A combination of firm and lighter strokes to the muscles will be applied, with the goal of relaxing the muscle tissues and increasing blood flow to the heart, using non-scented and hypo-allergic Grapeseed Oil.

    Upgrade to either Calendula Oil or Magnesium Oil for an extra £10.

    Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

    35 minutes - £32

    Concentrating on the back, neck and shoulder area, the focus will be on releasing tension and soothing tight, sore muscles, which can result from wear and tear or incorrect posture. This massage applies pressure to muscles, in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from stressed areas. Grapeseed Oil.

    Foot and Ankle Massage

    30 minutes - £30

    A deeply relaxing foot and ankle massage that starts with a warm foot bath and finishes with either a nourishing peppermint foot balm or a magnesium foot balm. A foot massage can be a very soothing experience that helps reduce stress, swelling (oedema), symptoms of restless leg syndrome and it improves blood circulation, so great for people who suffer from Raynaud’s Syndrome.
