About Me

Hi, my name is Helen, and I am passionate about women feeling well. 

I trained at the London School of Massage and hold a level 3 ITEC diploma in Massage with Anatomy and Physiology. I am full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and am committed to continuously professionally developing.

I specialise in relaxing, Swedish massage for women and enjoy helping women to achieve a state of wellbeing. I am also a Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and have a trauma-aware focus with nervous system care.

My therapy room is a tranquil space in my home, in Ipswich, Suffolk. When I’m not helping clients to relax, I like to spend time in nature having long walks with my dog, crafting and relaxing with family and friends.
