My vision is to offer a sanctuary where every treatment is tailored and every experience nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. Looking after your wellbeing through massage is so much more than a luxury, and is actually a positive step toward a healthier lifestyle.

I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk, operating my massage therapy room from my home. I trained at the London School of Massage and am ITEC qualified, specialising in Swedish Massage for women, giving time and space to pause, slow down, rest and recharge. I am accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured.
